We turned the RED KNOB 😱😱😱

 HOWDY, this week was a great week. We just did lots of service and contacts. Enjoy this Week's report and always remember that your loved. 

4/29- P-Day. We started out the day with going shopping. We then came home and changed into our regular clothes. We then went to Sunsplash and did mini golf and Go karts. It was super fun, we all just had a great time and the whole zone all get along super good. We then went to Rasing Canes for lunch and of course that was also super good. We then went to the church and I played the Organ and called my family. And then Elder Pattee, who is my favorite missionary, came and asked if I wanted to go to Walmart and of course I said yes, because heck more time with my favorite Elder. We went and we just wandered around, then we bought RC side by side’s. We went back to the Church and drove them around the gym. We then went home and had dinner and just took it nice and slow. We went over to the other Elders house and that was it basically.

4/30- We started out the day by going to Brother Berejkoffs house. We cleaned/Detailed his wife's van. That's definitely a first in the mission. It was pretty fun, now to explain the title of the email. So we had a bucket we needed to fill with water, so the spicket next to the house wasn't working but below it was a Red Knob. So we turned the Red knob and we got water. When we got done getting water, we shut the red Knob and went on with cleaning the van. We then left and later on today we got a text from the Berejkoffs asking if we turned the Red Knob? We said “Ya” they proceeded to say “Yall turned our water off, that pipe is the main pipe for the house.” So whoops, also that's a stupid design. 😳 We also made a lot of contacts in the Westwood Ward. Also funfact, only 16% of the ward actually comes to church. So they turned it over to us to see what the deal is with the members. We then had youth activities with the Sierra View ward. It was lit, we came home and called it a night.

5/1- Another Great day. We started off with our normal morning routine, and the other elders came over since there shower was broken. While Elder Stucki was showering we slid the CO2 detector under the door to test it. It was super funny when it went off. It scared him to pieces. We then went to the mission office and I picked up my missing package and other stuff, then we went to District council. We also went to Wendy's for lunch with the zone. After our meetings we came home and changed, then went to a member's house and I mowed their overgrown backyard. After that service project we went to the WestWood mutal activity, they were learning to BBQ. they cooked some delicious food, so that was awesome. We then came home and somebody was shooting us with airsoft guns. Anyway, it was a fun day.

5/2- Nothing crazy happened, so nothing to report on today

5/3- Today we had our weekly planning. Then we made a lot of contacts, we also made alot of contacts. That's pretty much it for today.

5/4- Pretty good day overall. We started out with cleaning the church building. Then we went to Brian Carroll's house to do studies then We went to a member's house and had lunch. We then came home and made contacts the rest of the day. It also rained all day too 😔

5/5- Sunday, Church was super amazing. We also talked to brother Berejkoff for a while. Anyway that's basically it.

   Hey guys, this week was a super crazy last week in 2023. I know this email is long, but it's worth a read, I promise. Without anymore anoucements please enjoy the relaspe of 2020    Tuesday-P-Day 12/26, We started out with going to the gym. I tried to squat weight, and lets just say I'm not meant for that. The most my little stick arms could do was like 40 lbs. (Basically the weight of the bar itself). We then went home and got cleaned up for the day and went to Walmart. I got some stuff to make my mom's homemade cookies. 😋 We then went to Boot Barn and I could never shop there. If I did I would be broke, like we went cause another elder needed a belt, but don't stress I didn't buy anything. After all of the shopping we went up to Lincoln to meet up with the other elders in my zone. We went to a place called KOBE, it’s a hibachi place and it's fire. New People and Super Fat Dogs

What is up y'all? This week was a crazy week full of miracles and new people. We finally got out of quarantine and went at missionary work full speed. I learned so much while being quarantined. I feel like an actual prepared missionary now. This email is another long one but it's great. 1/1 Monday, for the first day of 2024 was a super good day. Today was our last day of quarantine, thank goodness. I started out the morning with writing my magnificent last email, which if you haven't read yet, I recommend you read it before this one. Just come back after.🤣 After sending the email, I made some amazing breakfast burritos for elder koyle and I. After breakfast I started doing my laundry, while the laundry went round and round, I called the family, and talked to them for like 1.5 hours. There's a Mouse! And I'm in Jail!

  Howdy, this week was a super good week. The weather is awesome and so are you. Enjoy another episode of Elder Bennett's adventures.  2/12- P-Day!!! We started off the day with studies and I cleaned the apartment because it was kind of dirty. And plus I don't like being in a dirty area. We then went shopping, I bought a lot of things but it's okay because I needed everything I got. We then got back and went to a member's house. His name is Brother Clements, and lets just say he has a lot of hobbies. One of those hobbies is making pens with the missionaries. I am making mine out of olive wood, its gonna be super pretty. Unfortunately we couldn't run any of the power tools. But it was still super cool to watch him work his magic. We then left and went to the church, I practiced the piano a little bit and called the family. Then the Lincoln ½ Elders showed up, we played lots of pickleball and hung out.
