2/29- Another P-day in the books. We started out with laundry and our annual trip to Walmart. We then came home and cleaned out the fridge. I then cleaned the apartment because why not. And then I called the family and I had a great conversation with them. We then had lunch and went to Auburn to hang with the zone. We tried picking the lock to get into the libary, that's where the pickleball nets are. We had no success with getting into them, but luckily another elder had a net in his car. So we whipped it out and played with it. It was so much fun. We also played jungle ball, it was so much fun. It also rained like crazy for a minute then it quit. I then played the piano and sang with Elder Mallory. We then started our exchange and I went to Lincoln with Elder pollister. We went to our dinner and had pizza and chocolate lava cake. We then came home and went to bed.
2/20- Exchange in Lincoln!!! We started out with breakfast and had our studies. We then went to the church and Elder Pollister had a Japanese study with a member since he is going to Japan on the 9th of March. We then went to the stake center and filmed a meet the missionaries with the Social media crew. It went super well, we then left and went to dominoes to have pizza. It was pretty good but pretty expensive. We then went back to our apartment and knocked an apartment complex. It was pretty good till grab hit the fan. Please read the story, It was a cloudy day in Lincoln, Elder Bennett and Elder Pollister were on exchanges. They had a great idea to knock an apartment complex. They knocked alot, and 1/2 of the contacts were in Spanish. They get to one house and Elder Bennett knocks the door like a pro. A 4'5" hispanic lady answers the door and Elder Bennett assuming she is young, asks if their parents are home. 2 kids come up to the door. And Bennett and Pollister realize that the lady who answered the door is the mom 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️. Crap I thought, Elder Pollister thought you idiot Elder Bennett. The end. So moral of the story, read the room before you talk. We then had dinner and went to bed.
2/21- Howdy Elder, today was a day. We woke up and had breakfast. We then did our studies. While I was doing mystudies, my pretty pink pen died.😢 I then packed my stuff and went to Auburn for our District Council. We did roleplays on inviting people to church. We then had our actual DC and then had lunch. After lunch I started to practice my song for a special project the mission is working on. I don't wanna spoil it so please hold. We then went back to Loomis. I walked into the house and saw my bed all taped together with packing tape. I asked Elder Koyle what happened and he told me. So here is the story, Elder Bingham and Elder Koyle were trying to shoot a cool picture and it snapped when they jumped off of it. We then deemed cleaned the apartment and went to dinner and had amazing burgers. We then went to mutal. The young men were having like a missionary task realy race and Elder Koyle and I killed it and won. We came home and went to bed.
2/22- Another day In the books. I made an egg burrito for breakfast and while I was cooking the eggs. I thought and tried to be cool by flipping the eggs with the pan. Well it flew up good, then they flipped extremely fast and we had a crash landing. Eggs went everywhere. But most of the eggs went back into the pan. It was an okay of a burrito. But not the greatest. We then did our studies and went street contacting. We had alot of contacts, we might have 2 people interested so please hold while we wait and see what happens. I then ha my mentor call and I played my song more at the church. We then went to guys house named Greg. He has a 1954 Chevy wagon and it was super cool. It has a big motor that is super loud. He wants to start racing it soon. We talked to him for a while and it was a great time. We then went to our dinner at a Really good Chinese place. It was super good. We then went to another mutal activity with the older youth. We played pickleball and it wasn't the greatest play I had. We then came home, did nightly calls and went to bed.
2/23- We started out another day with breakfast and studies. We ran some errands and got things for sport night. We then had a service project where we filled sandbags with rocks. We then did some contacts and I packed to go to Lincoln again for another exchange. We then has our dinner appointment that was pizza and then we went to sport night. We played chair soccer and I killed it with my redneck soccer skills. We then went to Lincoln and started our exchange. We hung out and played games and went to bed.
2/24- Exchange with Elder Bingham. Elder Bingham is an awesome missionary. He's been out for 15 months and he's a legend in my books. We did our studies and had lunch. We then went to an assisted living facility and talked to a lady there. She's super cool and super funny. We then went back to the apartment and grabbed some bikes. We biked to NARNIA (the area across town) we tracted out there and it was super fun. But the Mosquitoes were garbage, I got ate alive. We then went to our dinner and had steak Shish-Ka-Bobs. We also had tri-tip. We then taught the restoration because their daughter isn't a member. We then raced back to the apartment. We raced for funsies. I beat Elder Bingham and I was a happy kid. I then packed my bags and Elder Koyle came and we went back to Loomis. We got back and I was so tired I went to bed.
2/25- Sunday, we started out with the usual daily stuff and went to the church for meetings. We were early and so I practiced my song. We then had missionary meetings with the ward. We then had sacrament and went to the Young men's class. We watched a kid show and applied it to the gospel. We then went to the other wards sacrament meeting and went to their young mens class. We then had another missionary and member meeting. We came home and had lunch and studies. I am now 72% done with the Book Of Mormon. We then went tracting with a youth in the ward. Nothing happened to crazy, just laughs and stories. We then went to our dinner and had street tacos. They were super good. We came home and went to bed.

The scripture is Alma 34:26-27 But this is not all; ye must pour out your souls in your closets, and your secret places, and in your wilderness. 27 Yea, and when you do not cry unto the Lord, let your hearts be full, drawn out in prayer unto him continually for your welfare, and also for the welfare of those who are around you.
