And your Favorite Elder BENNETT is going to?...........

Hey y'all this week was a week. We had transfers. But read to see where I go or if I stay. I had lots of spiritual moments, please read and Enjoy another Week of Elder Bennetts adventures and Shenanigans.

3/11- Last p-day of the transfer!!! We started out the day like normal. We had breakfast and showered. I sent my email out and called my family. We then went to the haircut place and got a haircut, now we are looking snazzy. We went shopping and came home. We called our families again and then we had some lunch which consisted of Chick-Fil-A because a member gave us gift cards to go there. We then went to Auburn to hang out with the zone. We played at this super cool park, we started with some pickleball. We then played Wiffle Ball and man that was a blast. We played some more pickleball. I've decided I love pickleball, I just ain't any good at it. We went to the church and I practiced the piano and called the family again. We then came back to Loomis. We went to our dinner, the members we went to for dinner are super cool people. He told us stories about his mission in Budapest, Hungary. I now know why we have certain rules🤣🤣🤣. We were over there for a while but it's okay. We came home and did some facebook work and our nightly things and went to bed.

3/12- Awesome day to say the least, we started out again like how every morning starts. We did our studies which is awesome, because I'm now 92% done with the Book Of Mormon. We then went to our bishop's house to shoot a music video. Please hold as I give the backstory, a couple weeks ago the Social Media team reached out and asked if I wanted to do a song for an Easter video they are doing. I of course said I would love too, then I was like oh no I don't know what to play. So after some thinking and asking my mom for some songs, I ended up finding a cool arrangement of I Stand All Amazed. So I practiced a lot, and got it ready to shoot and record. So that was hard, but I also had to find someone with a baby grand piano in a cool house to shoot in. That was super hard, because I guess people in California don't really have room for baby grand pianos. But we found one at our bishop's house. So the Social Media team came up and we shot the video, it's going to be super cool. We then came home and had lunch and then made a lot of contacts. We went tracting for a little bit, and went to another lesson with Brooklynn. It went super good so hopefully she'll get put on date and baptized soon. We then went to our dinner appointment, we get there and they said “Do yall wanna see our baby goats?” Of course I did because baby goats are so stinking cute 😍. We had dinner and played the piano with them. It was just overall a super fun dinner appointment. We came back to our apartment and we decided to grind some workouts. So we started working out, we did 100 push-ups and 100 situps. I was so dead after to say the least 🤣. We did our nightly routines and went to bed.

3/13- Alright, today has been a roller coaster. We started out by getting our transfer news. And I'm going to drumroll please…………… Antelope California, the most southern part of the mission. I'm excited to go to another place but also sad to leave Loomis because I love it here. Funny story about transfer Boards this morning, so we got them and I started looking. I looked at Loomis and we had sisters in our place, I was like “oh no we have been pink washed (Brand new Sisters in our area)”. I then look through the whole mission on the transfer boards. And I couldn't find my name and picture for the life of me, I started thinking “Am I going home and they haven't told me yet? Am I getting pushed into the Sacramento Mission?” I looked 1 more time to double check that I was still part of the mission and yep I found me, I was in the bottom corner 😅. We then started texting people the sad news of us leaving. We got ready for the day and I started packing up my desk stuff. We had our studies and then went up to Auburn for our last DC. We did Zone role plays and it was a blast, I paired up with Sister Jenkins who I know from back home. We did the roleplay then we all split into our districts. Elder Koyle gave a great lesson. After all the important stuff was over, we went to Chick-Fil-A as a zone. It was really good, we came back to the Church and talked and laughed. We also signed everyone's stuff. I'm having people sign UNO cards, it's pretty fun. We then came back from Loomis and we packed up some more. We then went tracting for a little bit, nothing crazy so I won't bore you with to much shenanigans. But we had some teenagers pull over on the side of the road and tried to prove us wrong but it's alright. It happens from time to time. We went to dinner, then to the church for mutual. We then came back home and went crazy with packing. We got a lot packed and ready to head out. We then called it a night

3/14- I don't remember what happened. 🙃 I do know we went tracting for a while, we also packed our bags. That's it I guess 🤔🤣.

3/15- Transfer Day!!! We started out the day by loading all of our stuff into the little Nissan Rouge. We then did our studies and then cleaned the apartment. We cleaned the heck out if it, it wasn't really messy. We were just trying to make it amazing for the sisters to move into. While I was cleaning I remember that I should probably start finding a way to get a bike. So I asked Elder Koyle if I could buy his bike since he was going to a car area. He said yeah, so I did. I'm now the proud owner of a blue bike. We got in the car and drove to Antelope. When we got to Antelope I found my new companion ELDER HEPPLER. He's from Rigby Idaho and an awesome missionary. So I said goodbye to Koyle and then Heppler and I went around talking to other missionaries. It was so fun to see other missionaries from the past. We stole the ZLS car and took all my stuff back to the apartment. We unloaded the car and went back to the mission office. (Don't stress, I'm only 5 minutes away from the Office.) We grabbed our bikes and Helmets and rode back to the apartment. When we got there, I unloaded my stuff and I got to know Elder Heppler more. We then jumped on our bikes and rode to dinner. On the way there, I noticed that I am going to be riding on main busy CALIFORNIA ROADS 😅😵‍💫😬. Anyway we made it to dinner which was amazing. We then rode to the stake center which is huge. It has 2 of everything besides the gym. Yes, it had 2 chapels. We played volleyball with the other Elders. We then hauled butt in the dark and came home. We made a phone call to a lady that we are teaching. We then went to the other Elders house which is just 2 buildings over in this complex. We hung out and talked, then we came back home and went to bed.

3/16- Today we started off the day with our wonderful studies. I read a lot in the Book of Mormon and started a book on Joseph Smith. We then got a call from a lady and she said her husband would like help with building a fence. After a minor schedule switcheroo, we changed into our service clothes. We had an appointment with a lady after the service. Well I figured I can't be dirty at the lesson, so I packed all my church clothes including my shoes in my proselyting bag. That poor little bag was stuffed to the brim. Elder Heppler walked in and asked “What are you doing?” I responded with “Packing my bag sir.” He said “Elder, we are coming back between service and the lesson.” I said “Oh ...Okay” I then proceeded to dump everything I just packed, out all over the ground. We then jumped on our bikes and left for the service project. We got to the service project and learned that we were busting concrete out of the ground. So we started going ham on those concrete posts. We got them pounded out, and new ones set in. We then gave the wife a blessing which was awesome, and very spiritual. We rode home and changed and went to our appointment. We talked for a while, and the spirit was super strong. And in fact it was so strong I just talked and I don't remember what it was about. But I could tell you that it was very spiritual. We also gave her a blessing too. We then rode over to one of our WMLs houses. I met him and we talked about the missionary work. We then went to dinner and it was a blast. I taught their dog some tricks and it was a blast. We came home and did our nightly routines and went to bed.

3/17- Sunday, we started off with our normal morning stuff like showers. We then went to church which was amazing. It was Ward conference and it was super good. We then came home and did our studies, I finished the BOOK OF MORMON!!!!! We did our weekly planning and had dinner. We then went to bed. Nothing crazy happened honestly.

Alright, look you stayed around. Thanks for reading my adventures and Shenanigans. I love you all and so does God. Continue to party hard and FULL SEND. SEE YOU ALL NEXT WEEK!!!!
