19 years, 8 months, 6 weeks, 5 days, 48 hours, and 38 minutes!!!

7/15- Well today was an awesome day. I mean heck, 19 years ago an awesome hardworking dude came to earth. His name is Carson/Elder Bennett. Yep, today is my birthday. So we started out the day by going shopping for food. We then came home and cleaned the apartment. After we went to the church to chill and hang out. We signed each others signing objects since it was the last p-day of the transfer. And I got a haircut from Sister Barton, then we had some redneck fun. Basically some Sisters bought waxing strips, and so we did a little bit of hair waxing. So I currently have racing stripes on my legs. We then went to this mega mansion and chilled with the members that live there. We went home and made visits.

Okay, now I was a bum and didn't write in my email as much as I should have. So I'm going to give you a quick run down of the week. So this week was transfer week. And I am staying in the Roseville 8th ward for another transfer, also I became DL (District leader). So that means I'm over 6 other missionaries and I make sure that they are doing well and they are working hard. Oh ya, I also get to give trainings every Wednesday at our meetings we have.

Now let me give you an explanation of the title.

turned 19 this week
hit 8 months of being a missionary
Another 6 weeks in Roseville 8th ward
5 days as a DL
48 hours with my trainer
38 minute call with a companionship in my district.

Now because it was transfer week. I was able to spend the first half of the week with Elder Koyle. Yep my trainer came and trio’d with Elder Anderson and I. It was so much fun honestly, just hanging with my trainer and showing him how far I've come and what I've learned. So shout out to you Elder Koyle for coming and enjoying my shenanigans for 3 days. Now your probably wondering why he came with us. Well you see, his last companion is AP this week, so he had to come down to start training. And Elder koyle wanted to come hang out with me for my birthday.

Now your probably wondering what happened to Elder Anderson. Well my son left me after only 1 transfer and went to Auburn to finish his training 😢. So he left and my new companion is Elder Macgregor, he's from Hillsboro Oregon. (Where
ever that is? 🤷) and he's super lit, super funny and definitely feels the spirit. He also spoke in church yesterday and he did such a great job. Also speaking of church, some members found out I could play the piano and sing. So please hold as we wait to see what happens next with that.

And I hit 8 months on Saturday which is super crazy. Time flies when your having fun, but I've learned so much and changed so much in those past 8 months. And I cant what to see what the next 16 has in store for me.

Anyway, nothing to much more happened, we are still on bikes so that's always a plus, and last night we had a miracle zoom call with the whole mission and families. And I got on the zoom call and we biked 30 minutes home while on the zoom call, so it was fun. Our mission president even was worried, but that's okay because I was at least Obedient and on time.

Well that's about all for the week, hope yall had a great week and we will see you next week. Enjoy the pics.
