Finally after 19 years......

Howdy all you wonderful people, hope you had an awesome week. Mine was an adventure, so sit back and grab a cold Dr. Pepper and enjoy this week's shenanigans.

So to get started, let's start on monday. So we went shopping and did the weekly typical p-day stuff. We went to the guitar store so I could get a new E string for my guitar, since the last one went snap! So I got a new string, and then we went to the church. I called my mom, and chatted for a bit. I then played some games with some other missionaries. We then left and went to our WML house, Brother Bell! We played some board games, and I strung my guitar string back up, and got it tuned. Brother Bell made us tacos, and they were pretty premium. We even had a competition on who could eat more tacos. I only got 7 down, which isn’t a lot but I aint a very big guy. We then moved a couch for him and a piano, since he was getting a newer couch. We then went home and had dinner. I was playing the guitar, and I tuned it in a super warm house, and our apartment is super cold. So if you don’t play guitar and don’t know what happens when you take a tuned guitar in the heat to the cold. They tend to snap! And if you haven't caught on yet, my brand new string snapped right in half. So after some frustration and some redneck thinking, I took an extra B string I had and strung it to an E. It was super tight and scary to tune, but it's still holding. We then went to bed, because we were exhausted.

Now on Tuesday, we had a very simple day. We went up to Gridley for MLC (mission leadership conference). Basically a big meeting with everyone in leadership in the whole mission. We were there to represent the SM team, and to talk about the social media challenge we had going this transfer. It was pretty fun to see all of the leadership in the mission. We then went to a really good Mexican restaurant called Los Charros Taqueria. Super good food, and everyone went. It was a party. Elder Kahaialii got a 2 foot burrito. Yep, it was insane. Anway, we then went to Yuba to help out the Hermanas. We did a departing testimony video, when we set up to shoot it, we didn't have our SD cards for the cameras. But don't stress, they were just in a different bag that we had with us. We eventually got home, when we got home we went to dinner with a super lit family. The food was super good, and then they took us home in a dodge challenger. It wasn't the HellCat model, it was the 392. But it was still fast and cool! We got home and did some video editing then we went to bed.

Now today was very interesting, it started out good and ended with a whack and snap! Literally! So allow me to explain how today went down. So we had a World wide social media call, it happens every week. It was just another meeting, we then went to DC! DC was pretty good. We then went home and did some social media work. We then went to a lesson with a guy named William. It was a super great lesson, We may end up putting him on date next Time we meet. We then started biking home. Well, I was making a left-hand turn. And as I did, the bike slid out from underneath me. And since I have wrecked enough, I knew what to do. So I threw the bike, and I tucked and rolled. And well... I hit the ground a wee harder then expected. And I had so much adrenaline, I jumped up and kept biking. I had no other option besides getting home. And I was at an intersection waiting for a light to turn green. I showed elder K my hand and asked if it looked funny to him because it did to me. So we got home and washed it out, then decided to go get an xray done. And our EQ president came to pick us up for dinner, but he was super kind and took us all over to get the help I needed. And so that's how I broke my hand. That's the story in a nutshell!! We then went home and went to bed.

On Thursday, After a not so good night of Sleep, We went to the mission office to do a video for our car coordinator. We then went home and did lots of video editing. That's pretty much all we did. We also had a dinner with some lit members. Then we went to bed, because I was exhausted.

Now on Friday, the APS got us a car!! So we did some editing and made some contacts. We also went tracting but had no success. We then had dinner then we went home and did more video editing then went to bed.

On Saturday, we did some more editing. We then did our weekly planning and then planned With our whole social media team. We then went tracking and met a super lit lady Who we talked to for about an hour. We then went home and called it a night.

On Sunday, we had a stake conference. It was super good! And the best part was seeing everyone from the 8th ward. I love that ward so much And I connected with them so well. We then went to the Biggs house, they have known Elder K his whole life. We had some good soup, I'm being for real. We then went home and did tons of editing. We then went to our dinner. And it was okay, just really dry. We then went home and then President Basha came over to say hi. So we chatted with him for a while. We then went to bed!!!

Well that's it for this week, ‘Keep drinking, drink deeply, drink dailey Please keep drinking” -President Pratt Roseville stake president stake, stake conference address.
